Starting today, the Screenwriters Network is launching the first round of its new Womxn Mentorship Program, pairing emerging women and non-binary writers with working professionals to serve as mentors. Members who participate in our regular Womxn Mixer on Thursday nights were encouraged to apply to be paired with a professional member of the Screenwriters Network who will provide feedback and guidance as they enter the professional screenwriting world.
The mentors have a range of experience and perspectives, including an indie writer/director, a tv staff writer, a stand-up comedian, producers, and feature writers.
