Why I Listen: I’m currently working on a sci-fi procedural that’s meant to be stylish and thrilling. Looking to capture Christopher Nolan-style brainy spectacle. So of course I took the recent Tenet soundtrack and built out from that for my writing playlist. A mix of other techno soundtracks I enjoy (Billions, Westworld, Blade Runner 2049) and sleek, cutting edge indie rock (Wild Beasts, Perfume Genius) and rap (Vince Staples) fills in the rest. Shake and serve for one sci-fi thriller.
